Delete your account

You can begin deletion inside TRVLR from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Because deletion behavior is currently being aligned across iOS and Android, you may also request verified deletion directly from White Raven.

Email request

Email privacy@white-ravenllc.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “TRVLR account deletion.” We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting.

What the request covers

We will identify account-owned profile and travel records, social content, tokens, and associated authentication data. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or to preserve content belonging to other participants. We will explain any applicable exception when responding.
