Privacy Policy

Nexpen is a local-first personal and business finance app developed by White Raven LLC. This notice explains how the current Apple-platform version handles information.

Information you enter

Transactions, balances, budgets, debts, income, payroll records, investments, and other finance records are stored in Nexpen's local Core Data database on your device. White Raven does not operate a server that receives these records.

iCloud sync and sharing

If enabled, Apple CloudKit syncs Nexpen records through your iCloud account. Nexpen also supports user-directed CloudKit sharing. Information you choose to share becomes available to the people you invite. Apple processes CloudKit data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Calendar access

Nexpen may request Calendar access to create, find, update, and remove Nexpen-created bill reminders and debt milestones. Current versions may request full Calendar access because they retrieve previously created events by identifier. Nexpen does not use unrelated events for advertising or analytics. Calendar features are optional.

Notifications and device authentication

Reminders are scheduled locally. Optional Face ID, Touch ID, device-passcode, or Mac-password authentication is handled by Apple; Nexpen does not receive biometric data.

Purchases

Apple processes payment credentials. Nexpen receives StoreKit product, entitlement, and transaction information needed to unlock and restore purchases; White Raven does not receive your payment-card number.

Backups

On Mac, you may export a backup to a location you choose. White Raven does not receive that file.

Advertising and analytics

The reviewed current version does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.

Children

Nexpen is not directed to children under 13.
